Booking Requirements
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Confirmation Emails
You will receive a confirmation email and intake forms (if needed) after booking.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
48-Hour Notice Required
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you:
No-shows, Late arrivals, and Same-day cancellations
are non-refundable.
Arriving Late
Sessions will end at the scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Consultation fees, add-ons, and wellness services are non-refundable.
No Exceptions
Due to the nature of virtual healthcare, we do not offer refunds for:
Completed consultations
Missed appointments
Failure to complete forms
Dissatisfaction with outcomes
Change of mind

Membership Payments
Membership fees renew automatically (monthly or quarterly) unless canceled according to membership terms.

All add-ons must be purchased through the website before or during your visit.
