Appointments & Scheduling

How do I book a consultation?

All consultations are booked online through our secure scheduling system. Select the consultation that best fits your needs and choose your preferred time.

Are appointments virtual or in-person?

All visits are virtual through our secure telehealth platform.

How long are appointments?

  • Basic Consultation: 40 minutes

  • Fertility Consultation: 50 minutes

    Additional time-based services may vary.

Do you accept same-day appointments?

Based on availability. Check the booking calendar for real-time openings.

What conditions do you treat?

We support women with:

  • Hormonal concerns * Irregular cycles

  • PMS. * Fertility concerns

  • Postpartum wellness

What happens during my consultation?

We review your concerns, symptoms, and health history, then create a personalized plan based on your goals.

Will I receive a care plan?

Yes — every consultation includes a written plan with next steps.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. As a licensed WHNP-BC, prescriptions can be sent when clinically appropriate.

Do you order lab work?

Yes. Hormone, fertility, wellness, and metabolic labs can be ordered as needed.

Billing & Payments

Do you accept insurance?

No. The Healing Mantle is a private-pay, concierge-style practice.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA (when eligible), and online checkout. Other options may be available at checkout out such as Afterpay.

Are consultation fees refundable?

No. All consultation fees are non-refundable.

Can I apply my consultation fee to a membership?

Yes — consultation fees can be credited toward select membership programs.

Memberships & Add-Ons

What are concierge memberships?

Memberships provide monthly, ongoing support with enhanced access, follow-ups, and wellness resources.

What add-ons do you offer?

Can I purchase add-ons without a consultation?

Some require a consultation for clinical guidance; others are open to all clients.

Fertility Questions

Do you work with women who have irregular cycles?

Yes — irregular cycles are common, and we help identify root causes and create a plan.

Can you help if I’m not currently trying to conceive?

Absolutely. Fertility consultations also support womb wellness and cycle alignment.

Do you offer partner fertility testing?

Not at this time, but we provide referrals and guidance.

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. No refunds are provided for missed appointments.

Do you offer emergency care?

No. Emergency issues must be directed to urgent care or the ER.

How do I contact the practice?

Use the contact form on the website. Response time is typically 24–48 hours.
